Signia's newest platform is MaX, or Multi-adaptive Xperience. It launched on August 24, 2026 and is the current flagship. It runs four deep neural networks together under a system Signia calls Acoustic Intelligence, and it is the most connected device the company has made. The previous platform, Signia IX, remains current, fully supported, and considerably wider. It covers custom, instant-fit, slim, behind-the-ear and CROS styles that MaX does not yet offer, and it has independent laboratory scores that MaX does not.
Signia is known for polished styling, own-voice comfort, and conversation-focused sound processing. We fit the full Signia range at our San Mateo and San Carlos offices. We also fit every other major brand, so we have no reason to steer you toward this one.

Signia MaX: the 2026 flagship
Multi-adaptive Xperience is Signia's current top platform. Where most hearing aids that advertise artificial intelligence run one neural network trained to separate speech from noise, MaX runs four. Speech detection, own-voice detection, scene analysis and noise processing, coordinated as a single adaptive system. Signia's argument is that a device which separately understands the room you are in, whether the voice it has found is your own, and whether you are actually in a conversation will make better decisions than one that only knows how to reduce noise. It launched as a single model, the rechargeable Pure Charge&Go MaX, with a new connectivity package that puts Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio, a telecoil and Auracast hardware into one device. Signia IX: still the wider family
Integrated Xperience arrived in 2023 and built its reputation on RealTime Conversation Enhancement, a multi-stream design that identifies and tracks several speakers as they move around a group. It measured well: HearAdvisor scored the Pure Charge&Go BCT IX at 4.4 out of 5 and placed the Active Pro IX in the top five percent of everything the laboratory has tested. IX is not being discontinued. Signia still catalogues the full range and added a new model, the Active Mini IX, in July 2026. Own-voice comfort and modern styling
A common frustration for new users is that their own voice sounds strange or booming. Signia has worked on this longer than most manufacturers, and on MaX the own-voice processing no longer requires the in-clinic calibration step earlier platforms needed. It works from the moment the device goes on. Signia's sleek, slim designs, including discreet receiver styles and the earbud-shaped Active range, also appeal to patients who want a contemporary look rather than something that reads as a medical device.

Signia extends hearing care into wellness with My WellBeing in the Signia app. Using the hearing aids' built-in motion sensors, it can track daily steps and activity, how much you wear your devices, and even conversation time, helping you set and meet personal health goals.
