Our products fall into two families: hearing aids and Ear Gear. On the hearing aid side we work independently across the major manufacturers rather than pushing a single brand, and we can arrange a trial so you hear the devices in your own life before you decide. On the protection side we make custom earplugs and earmolds for work, music, swimming, sleeping, and more.
The starting point is a hearing test. It takes about an hour, and afterwards we sit down with your audiogram and go through it with you before anyone mentions a device. Sometimes the answer is wax removal. Sometimes it is monitoring and nothing else.

We fit devices from all the leading brands and base each recommendation on your personal hearing profile, style preferences, manual dexterity, visual abilities, and cosmetic goals. Because we carry products across price points, we can fit nearly every budget.
What the newer processing actually does
Making everything louder does not make speech clearer. Most of the processing in a current hearing aid goes on separating one voice from the noise around it, and several of the 2026 flagships run neural networks trained for that single job. How much of that you need depends on where listening fails. If your hard rooms are quiet one-to-one conversations, the top tier buys you very little. A product is only as good as its programming. We use real-ear measurement during the fitting to confirm each device delivers the right output across pitches for your specific ears, and we adjust until it does.
Support for tinnitus, too
Tinnitus brings a good many patients through the door. Several of the devices we carry double as sound therapy tools, and we set those up as part of a broader tinnitus care plan.
