Why join our team
You would join a practice that spends its money on diagnostics, verification and follow-up rather than on volume. Every fitting is verified with real-ear measurement, and the schedule is built to allow for it. Two offices give you variety in caseload. The team is small enough that everyone knows the patients by name.
Compensation and growth
There is a commission structure with the ability to double or even triple compensation against clear sales goals, and defined advancement paths. Association memberships and conference attendance are paid for.

Open role: Audiologist
We are looking for an Au.D. with current California licensure for audiology and hearing aid dispensing, and board certification. You should bring excellent interpersonal skills that build effective relationships with diverse patients, colleagues, and vendors; strong listening, sales, and problem-solving skills; the ability to organize your time and prioritize numerous duties within deadlines; and a team-oriented, positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced setting.
Open role: Hearing Instrument Specialist
We are looking for an HIS with current California licensure for hearing aid dispensing. You should have experience administering tests to evaluate hearing and to fit hearing aids, exceptional customer service and oral communication skills, teaching ability to educate patients on device care and maintenance, and strong mechanical and problem-solving skills for device troubleshooting and repair.
How we actually practise
Evidence-based here means prescriptive targets and real-ear verification rather than a manufacturer first fit. Patient-centered means an appointment long enough to explain an audiogram properly. And we tell patients their current hearing aids are fine when they are, which happens regularly and costs us sales. If you have had to argue for any of that with a manager before, you would not have to here.
