Our San Carlos office is at 1008 Laurel Street, San Carlos, CA 94070, on the city's main street. We see patients here for hearing evaluations, hearing aid consultations and fittings, adjustments and repairs, tinnitus appointments, and earwax removal.

Where we are
1008 Laurel Street puts us in the middle of downtown San Carlos, a few minutes from the San Carlos Caltrain station and quick to reach from Highway 101 or El Camino Real. Patients from Belmont, Redwood City, San Mateo, and Menlo Park are typically here in well under fifteen minutes.
Please note our midday break
Unlike our San Mateo office, the San Carlos schedule includes a midday break, and it shifts slightly later in the week. Monday through Wednesday we break from 1pm to 2pm, Thursday from 12pm to 1pm, and Friday from 12pm to 12:30pm. When you call, our team will book you around it so there are no surprises.
Parking and access
There is street parking along Laurel Street and in the nearby public lots just off it. Downtown San Carlos is flat and walkable, which many of our patients appreciate. If parking or mobility is a concern, tell us when you book and we will point you to the easiest option.
What happens at your visit
Plan on about an hour for a first appointment. We take a history of what you are noticing and where it bothers you most, examine the ears, and complete a full diagnostic evaluation. We then walk you through the audiogram in plain language and discuss the realistic options.
The technology we fit here
San Carlos sees the same range as our main office — the current 2026 flagships from every major manufacturer, including Oticon Reveal with its Dual AI system, plus the newest from Phonak, Starkey, ReSound, Widex and Signia. If you want to try something specific, mention it when you book and we will have it ready rather than have you make a second trip. We are an independent practice, so the recommendation is about your hearing rather than a manufacturer's target, and we compare brands with you openly. Whichever you choose, the fitting is verified with real-ear measurement — that step moves your day-to-day result further than the platform does.
