While you’re getting used to your hearing aids, be sure to wear them as much as possible and be patient. Getting used to new hearing aids always takes time, usually a few weeks or months. The more intense your hearing loss, the longer it will take you to transition to your new hearing aids. We recommend keeping a log of times when you didn’t hear well so that you can bring them to your next appointment at our office.
