Dr. Anderson and both of her residents I worked with to get fit for custom ear plugs were excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and communicative during the cleaning and fitment process. Explained the benefits and cost options for different types of plugs clearly. The plugs came in extraordinarily fast and the follow up was easy as can be. I had changed brands during Covid and didn’t have good follow up care. I couldn’t hear out of my right ear and I was told my hearing loss was severe and this was as good as good as it was going to get! I refused to accept this and with the help of my daughter we found California Hearing and Dr. Patti. The testing showed my hearing loss in different types of situations to determine the best hearing aid for me. Dr. Patti listened to all my concerns with previous aids and determined which aids would be best. She made molds of my ears to get a proper fitting—something that could have been done previously and was never offered. I have small ear canals and one of my biggest complaints previously. When my new aids came in and were put in my ears it was overwhelming in a good way…I could hear out of my right ear again! I love that I can easily change the sound choice in the app and that when I go back to see Dr. Patti she is able to adjust my programs to even make my hearing better in different situations. She is prompt in responding to my needs when I email a question. A few weeks later my new ear plug was ready. Richard made sure that it fit right, gave me a new case and I was ready to rock on with some serious hearing protection.
